Microgreen Mixed Crate - 14th Nov Collection

A Hand-selected microgreen blend designed to keep you healthy and happy. A mixture of Pea, Radish, Sunflower, Beets and Cress will provide you with beautiful nutritious Microgreens which you can harvest on demand.

Collection Details:
Your Microgreen Mixed Crate will be available to collect from 6 Cornmarket Street between 9 - 11am on Saturday 14th November.

How to care for your microgreens:
1. Sunlight
Place microgreens tray in an area of indirect sunlight, ensuring your greens aren’t exposed to direct sunlight for prolonged periods.

2. Watering
Water tray from bottom once per day with half a cup to a cup of water. Your goal is to just keep the soil moist. If the surface of the soil appears dry, add a small amount of water to the surface of that section as well.

3. Handling
Be sure to have your tray located on a flat surface. When harvesting your greens, use a sharp scissors or a sharp knife to cut low on the stem. Be careful not to cut into the soil.
